Spherical Roller Bearings
Spherical roller bearing consists of an outer ring with spherical raceway, a double inner ring, one or two cages and a group of spherical rollers. Since the center of the outer ring is consistent with the center of the bearing, it has the self-aligning performance, and can automatically adjust the tilt or shaft deflection caused by the angle error between the shaft and the housing. It can withstand large radial load and certain bidirectional axial load, and is especially suitable for the conditions of heavy load or vibration.
Spherical roller bearings have cylindrical bore and tapered bore. Tapered bore bearings are marked with the symbol “K” (taper 1:12) or “K30” (taper 1:30) after the basic model. TWB spherical roller bearings have C type, CA type, MB type and other structures, which are suitable for different conditions.
